Masterworks has chosen to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Gloo, a company that shares our deep commitment to serving ministries and faith-driven organizations, effective July 2025. This thoughtful, strategic transition marks a new chapter in our story, one built on the same foundation that has always guided our work: advancing Kingdom impact through partnership.
For several years, our founder and CEO, Steve Woodworth, has been actively exploring what faithful long-term succession and sustainability should look like for Masterworks. After extensive conversations and wise counsel, it became clear that joining with Gloo, an organization with complementary capabilities, aligned values, and a deep passion for serving the Kingdom, was the most mission-driven and future-ready path forward. This decision was made with great prayer, care, and discernment.
You can expect the same Masterworks, only now with even more tools and resources to serve ministries better. What this transition provides is access to Gloo’s leading-edge data, technology, and personalization tools that will strengthen our ability to serve your mission in even more powerful ways.
As part of this transition, Steve will step into the role of Executive Chairman of the Masterworks board, and Bryan Brown will formally take on the role of CEO.
We’re excited for what’s ahead. This next chapter with Gloo brings new opportunities to serve you with even more innovation, insight, and impact.
