Tammy is Masterworks’ EVP of Human Resources. Tammy’s professional experience encompasses leadership in organizational development; recruiting and hiring; employee and management training and development; legal compliance; systems implementation and management; and driving policy and strategy that aligns with the Kingdom-focused mission of Masterworks. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Washington University, with a focus on Health Education. Her Christian commitment to Masterworks’ values and long tenure with the organization provide a depth of experience and guide her leadership. Tammy is active in her community and outside of work stays busy with her soccer-loving family.
